Shipping & Refund


Please allow up to 2 weeks for your purchases to be processed. We endeavour to have all products in stock and in these cases items will be dispatched within 2 business days. However, due to the nature of some products we can only make them upon request. A notification will be sent once your package is on its way.

Please be aware, selecting express shipping will only speed up the shipping processing but NOT the dispatch time frame. We shipped via AU post, for domestic standard it will take 3-5 business days. The dispatch time frame will be always review and adjusted. Contact us if you would like to know the current dispatch time frame. 


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We do not offer returns for change of mind. If you have received a defective product please contact us via email ( and we can work together on a solution.

To be eligible for a return (if applicable), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and we do not offer exchange of items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.


All payments must be made online at time of checkout. Payments are processed securely through a third party banking system, Shopify, which accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shopify Pay. A confirmation email will be sent at the time of purchase.


We are shipping to New Zealand. The Shipping fee will be calculated when check out.
